General healthy eating tips for parties:
Consider tracking and eating smaller portions up to the party to make room for fun
Stick to lean proteins and veggies leading up to the party
Engage in the socializing more than the food/snack table
Be mindful of the portions you eat at the party and stop eating when satisfied
Moderate alcohol and use mixers like club soda or a @zevia instead of juice or sugary sodas
Drink plenty of water during the party and in between alcoholic beverages to minimize overeating and hangovers :)
Most importantly, go have fun, don’t get caught up in food guilt, and just get back on track the very next opportunity.
Comment Rams or Patriots for who you’ve got taking home the W this year and if you’ve got any other food suggestions, drop a line in the comments.
